One-to-One Class

This is a 60 minute personalised class that incorporates movement and reflection to promote Mental Wellbeing. Your child will learn fun Yoga moves to strengthen their bodies and learn techniques to manage anxiety, communicate and understand their feelings and gain confidence in themselves.
The sessions will be tailored to your child’s unique needs and interests and will allow for lots of reflection time and opportunity for transformation.
Each session will begin with an energising activity to shake off any worries and connect with themselves. We will then engage the mind through either a talking activity, feelings craft or social understanding lesson. Next we engage the body through Yoga flows performed to fun music or through story related to your child’s interests. Each session will end with a relaxation exercise and a final reflection and discussion on feelings.
Prices for these sessions include an initial welcoming online consultation to learn about your child and their individual needs and wants, 6 one-to-one weekly classes and a final online reflection discussion.
